Why am I not on the top ten answer list in my favorite category?

I have about 130 best answers in the law enforcement and police category, but I'm not included in the top ten list. The number nine and ten in this list have fewer best answers than me. Anyone know why that is? *No, this is not that important, I'm just curious. I did check the other answerers and I think that it is a combination of percentage of best answers and level. I don't think it is a simple most "best answer" wins kind of thing.

4. Maybe the points that you acquire or the ratio between best answer and regular answer. Like they may have a higher percentage in best answers than you do, which qualifies them, not you to be in the top ten.
5. Maybe someone bumped ya off. Better put the pedal to the metal and get answering in that category. I wonder if I've ever been in the top ten. I've never checked.
