What would be a good top ten list of social problems worldwide?

You can use one word or phrase for each of these ten. The list might start like this (Starvation, Pollution, Crime, Homelessness, War/Terrorism, .........) You complete the list. Here I am giving you five. Thanks for the answers. This has helped me to put together a few more items for the list. Health Issues, Natural Catastrophes, Overpopulation, Education, Corruption, Aging, Intoxication/Addiction/Abuse, Discrimination/Racism, Crime/Terrorism/Genocide, Pollution/Sanitation, Transportation, Energy, Communication, I guess the availability of drinking water is a world issue. Health issues would include different diseases of whatever variety. Corrupt government and leaders, alot of the counties out there are having issues with fundung to many programs we have that make us a leading nation, if your leaders are corrupt then all hell breaks loose and you cannot have structure, like schools, transportation, parks, buildings to a code, (if they even have a code). agriculture and industry is also damaged. So no one benifits to make a greater economy if the people on top are benifiting solely on the monies recieved
