Why does the Software Explorer in Windows defender not list the startup programs?

There are three startup programs listed in the Performance Information and Tools that are causing my computer to start slowly. I would be able to remove or disable them IF they were listed in the Software Explorer. Why are they not listed there? And, could they be in another location where I can delete or disable them? I looked in my installed programs and features, but they're not there either. Uuuggghh!

1. Windows defender is pre Windows install software its like Windows firewall. To disable it go to Control Panels >>> Windows defender and Disable it. If you want to disable unnecessary software from starting at startup.
