How do I enter bullets or make an unordered list in Mac Os X Mail? How do I insert a bullet? Driving me mad!

All I want to do is make a bulleted list in the body of my mail message. In MS Outlook I would just click the button and joila! In Mac OS X Mail I cannot find any way to insert a bullet into my mail message at all. I have tried Mail Help and it sucks. Sorry, I love my new Mac and I am trying to believe that it really just is ignorance on my part, so please help. By the way I have answered hundreds of questions and no one ever seems to answer mine :(

  1. option 8 is usually a bullet, try and use tans for spacing instead of multiple spaces
  2. • one • two  ➔ two.one  ➔ two.two • three
  3. Use Special Characters in the Edit menu or use Text Edit. http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20050811101746282 Composing and sending mail using international characters and symbols You can compose email using characters in different languages, such as Arabic, Tibetan, Chinese, Japanese, or Hebrew, even if you or your recipient don't have the fonts installed. Your recipient receives email with international characters, and can copy and paste the characters into any application that supports the particular character set. Any application that supports Unicode, such as TextEdit, can display almost any international character. Choose Edit > Special Characters. A character palette appears. Choose All from the View pop-up menu. If this pop-up menu is not visible, click the button in the top-right corner of the character palette. Scroll to see the languages available. Click the Character Info triangle to see the name of the character and related characters. Click the Font Variation triangle to see additional choices. Select the character you want to insert, and click the Insert button. If the language reads from right to left, Mail places the letters in the correct order. If the language uses vowels above and below characters, Mail places the vowels correctly. You can insert additional characters, such as geometric shapes, arrows, and currency symbols.
