French vocabulary lists / articles on topical issues?

Hey, so i need some vocabulary and possible paragraphs to learn off in French . I need information on topics that are relevant in society at the moment, things such as economy, problems of young people, racism, technology, environment etc. Was just wondering if any of you have suggestions as to where I could find articles/blogs/vocal lists in French covering these sort of topics? :) Thanks :)

1. Hi, From my personal experience, I've found that you could learn a lot from online resources whether free or paid and build your vocabulary list. I'll share some resources with you that are provided by French101.me which I found great for learning the French language online. First of all, I'd recommend watching the videos they provide for free on youtube at http://www.youtube.com/french101dotme You can watch one video a day and try to memorize as much words as you can. In the same time you can learn a new French word daily by installing their Facebook application which can be found at http://apps.facebook.com/dailyfrenchword/ but in order to get access to essays in both French/English recorded by native French speakers, I guess you have to join their paid membership site at http://www.french101.me Hope it helps you!
2. only l if knew Rocket French existed 2 months ago,l found it hard learning Spanish until l came across Rocket French.It is a good program l started using it last month and now l understand most of the French words :)
