How do I block people from wanting me to add them to my online list in Yahoo?

I dont mean Yahoo messenger. I have declined their requests dozens of times but it comes back almost automatically. I think it's really spam.

1. There should be a button that says "Report as Spam."
2. Click "My Activity" Click "Edit my Preferences" Click "Privacy and Communications" Under sharing and network should be "Allow someone to be my Yahoo! Answers fan." Uncheck the box next to it.
