1. Probably, because to Yahoo, search engine opt is about business and not the internet.
2. When you see a photo of the Y!A website in 2005, it was very small. They kept expanding as users asked for new categories. Someone thought that SEO was more closely related to Marketing ( selling your website to the public) than the World Wide Web. The number of SEO questions has tripled in the last 2 years. It used to only have a few questions every day and half of the answers were people trying to promote their own website or "traffic" business. Now that J.C. Penney was able to get to the top of Google search rankings by using SEO tricks, the world of SEO has expanded. It should probably be transfered into the computer-internet categories.
