Is it possible to receive email notifications or alerts when a new review is left on a local listing page?

I have several businesses pages on Yahoo! Local Listing and am curious what type of management is offered for these. I would like to receive email notifications when new reviews are left, but am not finding any type of offering for this. Does anyone have any ideas on how this is done?
