Best free to do list software or web program?

What is the best free to do list software or web based program? The features I am looking for are: Repeat option for daily tasks Repeat option for weekly tasks Printable list Of course flexibility to delete and edit tasks too Also like a master list option where I can put a bunch of things that don't have a deadline but need to be done someday that i can pick to add to a certain day when I want to give them a deadline. Drag and drop feature would be nice or something easy where I don't have to retype everything but if it has the above features without drag n drop I wont complain. Needs to be free, I dont want to pay for anything. No free trials either. However I may be interested in limited free versions that lack features of the full versions. If you dont know a software that fits my needs offhand do you know of a site where I can search software features? Kinda like an online store where you check your boxes to limit your search results? Thanks.

2. Is this a serious post? Open Microsoft Word. Type your to do list. Save it. Update as necessary. Never heard of a program for this simple task
