how can I receive a list in order of animal intelligence?

I did at one time received a list.But know all I get is books to buy on the subject.All I want to know is a mule smarter then a horse or stupider then a cow.

1. Don't ask George Bush, he is dumber than a box of sh*t.
2. comparing intelligence between different animals is most problematic. An ant is better as dog solving ant-specific problems and a dog is better than an ant solving dog specific problems. A table listing a ranking of animal intelligence will be pretty much meaningless. Look up the arguments for and against the IQ as a measurement for human intelligence. If we can't even agree of the importance of different factors for measuring intelligence within a single species, how meaningful can a comparision between different species be?
3. There is only one animal that has a measurable intelligence, Homo sapien. And there is plenty of debate about just how that is done. Indeed a lot of disagreement about IQ, IQ testing and IQ grading. There is NO method or technique that could possibly be conceived that would be able to measure "intelligence" in any other animal. These comments you see, like, a chimp has the intelligence of a 3 years old human, are just plain incorrect. It is at best a false assumption.
