Simple Wedding TO DO list?

My Fiance and I are planning a simple wedding for July 9th at a local venue we are having maybe 15 people there. I have a dress, I am making my own flower boque and boutineres which can't be done until the day before the wedding, I am getting my hair, nails etc. done the day of the wedding with my maid of honor, I have a venue and plans to go out to dinner with attendees after the ceremony. I have friend of the family to do photography and invitations are ordered. I feel like I am forgetting something? What else is there to do??

1. Does your fiance have a tux or suit to wear? Do you have all the proper paperwork ready to be turned in so you can get the marriage license? Do you have an officiant for the ceremony? Do you know the reservation rules at the restaurant for after your reception? (like how far in advance to make them?)
