Is there any website I can go to write a review for someone's service?

Like Angie's List? Except effective? This one guy under our employ stole a very dear object of mine, and I want to write a review.

1. I have seen a lot of services reviewed on Yelp. But if you cannot prove he stole something then you should say nothing as that will open you up to claims from him that you are trying to destroy his business. Otherwise if this is about letting people know of a problem then the better business bureau is a great route- it doesn't give the satisfaction of slamming someone publicly but it does get the attention of a legit organization that can look into it for you.
