Can someone please put together a list or daily plan of what is healthy to eat to lose the rest of my body fat?
Apparently I'm doing something wrong. I see too many things on the internet of what to eat. I'm poor and can't afford much and need a diet plan that will work. I'm tired of people wanting me to pay for the secret to abs....

- I agree. People are always saying there is some magic way to lose weight, but actually its just patience, determination, and control. I don't exactly have a diet plan but i suggest cutting out junk food completely if you plan to actually lose weight. You can have it once and a while but not often at all. If you are a soda drinker i would start cutting down to once a day to maybe a few a week to not much at all. Getting calories from drinks is the worst. Even drinking diet soda has harsh chemicals that still aren't good for the body. Also, i'm sure you've heard of eating 5 servings of fruits and veggies, but its hard to keep track. what i like to do is always have fruit at breakfast and lunch, maybe substitute it for dessert. and always have veggies at lunch and dinner. Good proteins are eggs, any raw nuts, healthy peanut butter. This is an example of what i might have on a good day. Breakfast: omelet (egg yokes) with tomatoes and raw spinach, sriracha sauce is good too Snack: 1 whole wheat bread with peanut butter, honey, and walnuts, makes a good sandwich Lunch: sandwich with turkey, tomatoes, avocado, and an orange Snack: an apple DInner: turkey burger, corn, whole wheat rice with kim (korean, very healthy)
